TBP Tashkent Square Mile

The commercial viability of TBP Tashkent Square Mile should not be argued as a real estate development alone. It should be positioned as a throughput-based Global Trade Infrastructure district, where revenue is generated from trade activity, trader movement, institutional participation, logistics coordination, data, finance, compliance, hospitality and corridor services. This follows the same logic used in the 8 Canada Square / Canary Wharf framework, where TBP shifts the value proposition from static office occupancy to dynamic throughput — including trader access, exhibition revenues, KYC, compliance, Corridor Trust, partner desks, hospitality, sovereign trade floors and family office engagement. The viability case becomes stronger because New Tashkent is already a major state-backed urban expansion, with 19,700 hectares allocated, a first-stage 6,000-hectare development area, infrastructure planned for 600,000 people, and long-term capacity for 2 million residents. From Black Gold to Green Future

OverviewThe energy system is under unprecedented pressure: demand for decarbonisation is rising, yet global supply still depends on oil and gas. Many responses have been reactive—rushed investments in startups and fragmented renewable ventures that lack the scale to guarantee energy security. This publication presents the TBP Concept of Phased Evolution—a practical pathway for oil and gas to lead the transition. The journey begins with Dynamic Offshore Modular Refineries (DOMRs), regasification units, and modular offshore storage systems that expand regional accessibility and safeguard investor confidence. It progresses through hybrid platforms combining hydrocarbons with hydrogen, and culminates in clean energy hubs producing hydrogen and synthetic fuels at scale. At its core is the TBP ASMOFP™—Adaptable Standardised Modular Offshore Platform. The same platform evolves through every phase, eliminating stranded assets, minimising reinvestment, and enabling universal deployment worldwide. From Black Gold to Green Future is therefore not a vision but a strategic blueprint—anchoring energy security, democratising access, and sustaining investor confidence during and beyond the transition.

London Neutral -The Transformation of Canary Wharf

OverviewLondon has always been a city of trade. From the bustling docks of the 19th century to the towering financial skyline of the 21st, the capital has been both a marketplace and a meeting point for the world. Few places embody this transformation more profoundly than Canary Wharf — once a landscape of warehouses and shipping lanes, later reimagined as Europe’s financial fortress, and now standing at the threshold of a new identity. This book tells the story of how Canary Wharf is set to become the world’s first TBP Global Neutral Trade City, redefining London’s place in the global economy. At the heart of this transformation lies the iconic HSBC Tower, soon to be reimagined as the flagship Neutral Trade Building — a living symbol of how cities can adapt, innovate, and lead in a rapidly changing world. The concept of neutrality is not new to London. For centuries, the city has thrived as a trusted intermediary — a hub where merchants, bankers, and policymakers from across the globe could transact in confidence. Today, neutrality takes on a new meaning: a trade environment free from geopolitical constraints, powered by technology, and designed for global inclusivity. In a post-Brexit era marked by uncertainty, shifting alliances, and urban challenges such as the “doom loop” of declining office demand, London has the chance to lead again. By embracing TBP’s Neutral Trade City model — built on AI-driven finance, blockchain-enabled commerce, and sustainable smart infrastructure — Canary Wharf can reaffirm London’s role as Europe’s gateway to the world. This publication is not just a chronicle of place and policy. It is a vision of the future. A vision where London Neutral becomes a blueprint for global cities, where trade is borderless, finance is inclusive, and urban districts are reimagined for resilience and growth. As the HSBC Tower rises anew as the centerpiece of this transformation, Canary Wharf will no longer be defined by its past as a fortress of banking. Instead, it will be remembered as the place where the Neutral Trade Era began.

Bridging the South

Bridging the South

OverviewBridging the South: Mercosur, TBP, and the Architecture of Global Trade examines how South America’s most influential regional bloc can redefine its role in the twenty-first-century economy by engaging with the TBP Global Dynamic Maritime Neutral Trade Corridor. Conceived as both a complement and a catalyst, TBP introduces dynamism, neutrality, and inclusivity into a trading environment long constrained by fragmentation and protectionism. For Mercosur, this common trade system offers a path to unlock intra-bloc potential, break down barriers, attract investment, and connect its economies more effectively to global markets.Anchored in the Southern Atlantic, TBP’s expanding network positions Mercosur states as natural participants in a new era of intercontinental connectivity. Through its Middle East–Africa Transcontinental Maritime Crossrail Corridor, the TBP framework extends South America’s reach across the Atlantic to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, creating a direct shortcut for east–west trade flows. In this architecture, ports such as Buenos Aires, Montevideo, and Rio de Janeiro can evolve into Neutral Trade Cities, functioning not only as regional gateways but as global hubs for manufacturing, services, and innovation.More than infrastructure, TBP offers Mercosur a framework of common rules, mobile agreements, and corridor-wide fintech integration, enabling real-time, borderless trade. Together, Mercosur and TBP hold the potential to transform the South Atlantic into a powerful artery of globalisation — bridging continents, balancing global trade flows, and embedding South America more deeply into the shared architecture of equitable, neutral trade.

Margins to Maritime Passage: Africa’s Cities

OverviewMargins to Maritime Passage: Africa’s Cities – A Collaborative Rise in the Global Neutral Trade Network, sets out a bold vision for Africa’s transformation from the margins of globalisation into a continental engine of connectivity. Anchored in the TBP Middle East–Africa Neutral Trade Corridor — the world’s first transcontinental maritime and rail Crossrail system — African cities are being reimagined as Neutral Trade Cities, hubs of neutrality, resilience, and innovation. This corridor, stretching over 15,000 km from the Atlantic to the Indian Ocean, connects six of the world’s great seas — the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Red Sea, Arabian Gulf, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean. It reduces transit times, bypasses chokepoints, and integrates Africa’s coastal and landlocked economies through a single, seamless neutral trade framework. Within this design, cities such as Dakar, Cairo, Johannesburg, Lamu, Nairobi, Kigali, Kisumu, Lagos, and Abuja emerge not only as gateways to global markets, but as collaborative anchors of industrialisation, agro-allied innovation, and fintech-enabled trade. The TBP Crossrail Corridor is more than transport infrastructure: it is a continent-wide fulfilment and industrial zone, integrating Special Economic Zone (SEZ) frameworks, agro-allied smart cities, renewable-powered logistics hubs, and a sustainable water system that connects oceans to agriculture and industry. This network enables ad hoc trading through Trade On D Go®, live negotiation through Trade Agreement On D Go™, and financial inclusion through corridor-wide FinTech. In this vision, Africa is not adapting to the old trade order but is co-architecting a new one. Its cities, once viewed as peripheral, are recast as maritime and rail-linked anchors in the longest neutral supply chain in the world — bridging continents, powering industrialisation, and embedding African innovation into the architecture of global trade.

Bharat's Ocean-A Nation of 1.4 Billion Powering the World future

OverviewThe launch of Bharat’s Ocean comes at a pivotal moment in our shared global journey. As the world accelerates toward a net-zero future, the oceans — long seen as routes of trade and symbols of connection — are emerging as the frontiers of clean energy, innovation, and resilience.India, with its vast coastline, strategic location, and spirit of innovation, is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation. Bharat’s Ocean is more than a publication; it is a call to action. It captures a vision of how India’s offshore energy resources, maritime corridors, and engineering capabilities can not only serve national needs but also become a catalyst for global cooperation through the Global Offshore Energy Corridor (GOEC).At the heart of this work lies the TBP Adaptable Standardised Modular Offshore Platform (ASMOFP™) — a breakthrough model designed to democratize access, scale projects efficiently, and align energy systems across borders. It embodies the principles of openness, adaptability, and inclusivity that will define the future of energy. This publication is a vision of the future. A future where Bharat leads as both a steward of the seas and a driver of global prosperity.

Russia Beyond Conflict

Russia Beyond Conflict

OverviewRussia Beyond Conflict: The TBP Corridor and the Path to Globalisation sets out a vision for how Russia can move beyond the turbulence of recent years and position itself as a central force in the next era of global trade. As a nation that spans two continents, Russia has always been more than a state — it is a civilisational bridge linking Europe, Asia, and the Arctic. In an age where old trade patterns are fracturing and the global order is shifting toward multipolarity, Russia stands at a vantage point to shape the future of globalisation. The TBP Global Dynamic Maritime Neutral Trade Corridor provides the framework for this transition. Built on offshore maritime junctions and a dynamic routing system, TBP establishes neutral pathways that bypass chokepoints and allow nations to engage in trade without constraint. For Russia, these innovations open new horizons. Its Arctic ports can be connected through TBP’s maritime junctions to the Atlantic and Pacific, unlocking the long-envisioned Arctic trade routes. Its Black Sea gateways can be integrated more deeply into global supply chains. And through the International North–South Transport Corridor, Russia can link directly with the TBP Middle East Africa Crossrail Corridor on the Arabian Gulf — creating a seamless southern artery into Asia, Africa, and beyond. In this design, Russia is not a peripheral actor but a central pillar of a new trade architecture. Its geography becomes a strategic asset, its infrastructure a foundation for renewal. Beyond infrastructure, TBP introduces a common trade system that functions like a global single market — enabling Russia’s industries to trade, manufacture, process, and deliver services on equal terms. With Trade On D Go®, Russian traders can operate across continents on an ad hoc basis, while Trade Agreement On D Go™ ensures diplomacy and commerce move in real time, adapting to markets rather than being held back by bureaucracy.Russia Beyond Conflict shows how the country’s future lies in strengthening its leadership within a multipolar global economy. By moving beyond conflict and embedding itself in the neutral TBP system, Russia can consolidate its position as a shaper of globalisation — contributing to resilience, and shared prosperity.

Beyond Borders- The TBP Corridor and The future of Global Trade in The Belt and Road Era

OverviewBeyond Borders: The TBP Corridor and the Future of Global Trade in the Belt and Road Era presents the TBP Global Dynamic Maritime Neutral Trade Corridor as a transformative solution to the very architecture of global trade, while also serving as a natural complement to China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Conceived to reshape how commerce flows in an age of uncertainty, TBP strengthens and extends the Belt and Road’s mission of fostering equitable trade and globalization, while advancing the vision of a “Community of Shared Future for Mankind.”Since President Xi Jinping first introduced the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, it has become the most ambitious framework for connectivity in modern history. By investing in ports, railways, highways, and digital infrastructure along historic and existing trade routes, the BRI has revived the spirit of the Silk Roads and provided the physical backbone of twenty-first-century globalization.Where the BRI builds enduring infrastructure, TBP introduces dynamism and expands global coverage beyond traditional maritime routes. It establishes innovative offshore maritime junctions along the world’s shipping lanes to create an entirely new global trade route system, while also launching the Middle East–Africa Transcontinental Maritime Crossrail Corridor, a 15,000-kilometre super-spine that cuts through the Arabian Peninsula and Africa to link six of the world’s major seas — the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, Arabian Gulf, Red Sea, Mediterranean, and Atlantic. This unprecedented development delivers the first truly global East–West Crossrail in history, providing a shortcut that reduces both time and distance while bypassing fragile chokepoints such as the Suez Canal and the Strait of Hormuz.Beyond these physical routes, TBP establishes a common trade system that functions like a global single market. Through its borderless, neutral corridor that traverses continents and regions while connecting the new dynamic maritime network, TBP enables seamless global trade operations. It provides a robust, level-playing platform for the entire global value and supply chain — from traders and manufacturers to processors and service providers — allowing all to participate on equal terms. Supported by the Trade On D Go® ecosystem, the Trade Agreement On D Go™ platform, and a corridor-wide FinTech framework, TBP makes trade mobile, real-time, and inclusive, opening participation to enterprises of every size and origin.Together, the BRI and TBP form a dual architecture for advancing equitable globalization. The BRI lays the physical foundation for connectivity, while TBP overlays it with a neutral, adaptive, and technologically advanced framework. In harmony, they strengthen the promise of shared prosperity and contribute to the realization of a shared future for mankind.

Breaking Barriers - The €50 Billion Blueprint for EU Small Business Global Trade

OverviewThe European Union is at a turning point. In a world dominated by global giants, the EU must unlock the power of its greatest but most overlooked resource: small businesses. SMEs represent over 99% of EU enterprises, driving innovation and jobs, yet they remain largely excluded from trade agreements.Breaking Barriers presents TBP’s solution: a €50 billion EU Small Business Free Trade Agreement, powered by the proprietary TBP Trade Agreement On D Go® and embedded within the Neo-Polar Neutrality System.Traditional EU trade deals, worth more than €2 trillion, are defined by long negotiations, regulatory red tape, and outcomes shaped by large corporations and sectoral lobbies such as automotive giants, steel producers, and the French wine industry. SMEs are left waiting on the sidelines. The Trade Agreement On D Go® changes this dynamic. By enabling real-time, monetary-value based agreements, SMEs can access global markets instantly within the TBP Neutral Global Trade Corridor — with zero tariffs, simplified compliance, and clear trade caps designed for entrepreneurs, not multinationals.Crucially, the framework also opens Europe to the world. SMEs from China, South America, Africa, and beyond gain easier access to EU markets, fostering two-way trade, cultural exchange, and innovation sharing.Though €50 billion represents just 2.5% of the EU’s current trade portfolio, it is transformative: the first major fund dedicated exclusively to SMEs. It is not incremental reform, but a blueprint for a new era of trade — one that shifts the EU from a slow-moving negotiator into a dynamic, inclusive, and globally competitive force.

TBP–BRI Complementary Maritime Connectivity Project

About This ProjectThe TBP–BRI Complementary Maritime Connectivity Project is being developed as a strategic alignment between The Borderless Project and the Belt and Road Initiative, combining BRI’s established land-based corridors, ports, railways and industrial networks with TBP’s adaptive offshore maritime infrastructure. At the centre of the project is the TBP V-Shape ASMOFP™ Maritime Junction Platform—a modular offshore system designed to operate between fixed ports as a transhipment, logistics, energy, storage and processing node. These platforms would add greater flexibility to existing BRI routes, support alternative maritime pathways and reduce dependence on congested or geopolitically sensitive chokepoints. The project also creates potential industrial participation opportunities for Chinese partners across modular port equipment, offshore energy systems, processing and manufacturing modules, shipbuilding, heavy fabrication and regional construction yards.Rather than replacing BRI, TBP is positioned as a complementary operating layer that can extend its reach, strengthen its resilience and connect fixed infrastructure with a more dynamic network of offshore maritime junctions.BRI provides the strategic routes. TBP adds the adaptive maritime and industrial layer. The long-term objective is to create a more connected, resilient and inclusive trade architecture linking Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and wider global markets through coordinated land corridors, maritime junctions and protocol-governed infrastructure.

Continental Africa Trade & Energy Security and Reserve Framework

About This ProjectThe Continental Africa Trade & Energy Security and Reserve Framework is being developed as a shared sovereign resilience architecture for all 54 African countries, including landlocked states. It is designed to strengthen Africa’s control over the energy, trade routes, strategic commodities and essential supply systems required to sustain its economies during both normal market conditions and periods of global disruption. At its centre is the TBP ASMOFP™ network, providing modular offshore infrastructure for energy production and storage, maritime transhipment, strategic reserves, logistics distribution and emergency supply support. The physical platform network would operate through the TBP NPNGS, providing neutral, protocol-governed access, routing, transparency and participation under African Union and Regional Economic Community custodianship. The framework aims to reduce dependence on vulnerable external supply chains, support AfCFTA and regional industrialisation, and establish Africa as a coordinated provider of resilient energy, trade and maritime infrastructure rather than a passive recipient of global shocks.

TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data Engine

TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data EngineThe TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data Engine is being developed as the intelligent operating layer for The Borderless Project’s institutional investment and strategic participation ecosystem.TBP is not simply raising capital. It is building a structured ecosystem where different categories of participants can engage with TBP-linked opportunities according to their role, mandate, eligibility, governance status and strategic alignment. The AI Data Engine will support the TBP Capital Advisory & Coordination Office by helping identify, classify, score, screen and coordinate family offices, strategic angel investors, sovereign-linked institutions, infrastructure funds, asset managers, operational partners, private-market advisers, third-party capital advisory firms, asset owners, logistics operators, energy companies, data infrastructure providers and digital infrastructure participants. The system will organise participants into defined TBP circles, including the Family Office Circle, Early Strategic Angel Investor Circle, Sovereign / Institutional Circle, Strategic Operational Partner Circle, Capital Advisory / Introducer Circle, and the NPNGS Token / Digital Infrastructure Participation Circle. Its purpose is to ensure that TBP does not treat every participant as a conventional investor. Instead, each organisation will be assessed based on its potential role within the TBP ecosystem — whether as a capital provider, introducer, adviser, asset owner, operational partner, institutional validator, digital infrastructure participant or strategic ecosystem partner. The AI Data Engine will include modules for global prospect discovery, circle classification, suitability scoring, preliminary due diligence screening, opportunity matching, advisor work queues, briefing pack generation, governance-safe language review, mandate and conflict tracking, outreach route assessment and live opportunity tracking. The scoring system will help advisors prioritise prospects by presenting not only a numerical score, but also a clear advisor action card showing the recommended next step, risk gate, confidence level, required document pack, approval route and TBP opportunity match. The due diligence function will operate as a preliminary AI-based public-source screen only. It will flag potential sanctions, PEP, reputational, ownership, conflict, source-of-wealth or contact-route risks, but will not replace human advisor review, legal review, AML/KYC checks, sanctions screening or formal due diligence. The engine will also support coordination between TBP Capital Advisory and the TBP NPNGS Token / Infrastructure Tokenisation portal, allowing suitable participants to be routed either through advisory-led engagement or, where applicable, digitally represented infrastructure participation pathways, subject to eligibility, legal structuring, governance approval and regulatory review.Ultimately, the TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data Engine is designed to help TBP move from fragmented prospect lists into a disciplined institutional coordination system. Its role is to classify, score, screen, brief, match and govern all categories of participants engaging with TBP-linked opportunities, while preserving TBP’s positioning as a neutral, protocol-governed investment and strategic participation ecosystem.

TBP ASEAN Tiger

TBP ASEAN Tiger™A Network of Global Nomadic Trading, Capital and Trade-Coordination Towers Across Southeast Asia Five cities. Five specialised gateways. One connected regional trade infrastructure network. The initial cluster would comprise:1. Jakarta — Indonesia One South Tower2. Kuala Lumpur — proposed TBP Malaysia Tower3. Singapore — proposed TBP Singapore Capital and Trust Node4. Manila — proposed TBP Philippines Trade and Services Node5. Bangkok — proposed TBP Thailand Mainland ASEAN GatewayThe concept should not suggest that all towers perform exactly the same functions. Each would apply the common TBP Vertical Design Model, TBP Passport, Corridor Trust and Nomadic Trader architecture, while developing a specialisation based on its market and geographic position. Why the ASEAN Tiger concept works1. It creates a regional network rather than five property projects Individually, each building is an asset-use and repositioning proposition. Collectively, they become:A distributed Southeast Asian trade, trust, capital and market-access infrastructure system.A Nomadic Global Trader registered through one node could progressively access workspaces, counterparties, trade services and market-entry support across the entire network. This makes the buildings more commercially valuable because their relevance comes not only from their local tenants, but also from their connection to a wider regional and global ecosystem.
