TBP ASEAN Tiger™
A Network of Global Nomadic Trading, Capital and Trade-Coordination Towers Across Southeast Asia Five cities. Five specialised gateways. One connected regional trade infrastructure network.
The initial cluster would comprise:
The concept should not suggest that all towers perform exactly the same functions. Each would apply the common TBP Vertical Design Model, TBP Passport, Corridor Trust and Nomadic Trader architecture, while developing a specialisation based on its market and geographic position.
Why the ASEAN Tiger concept works
1. It creates a regional network rather than five property projects Individually, each building is an asset-use and repositioning proposition. Collectively, they become:
A distributed Southeast Asian trade, trust, capital and market-access infrastructure system.
A Nomadic Global Trader registered through one node could progressively access workspaces, counterparties, trade services and market-entry support across the entire network.
This makes the buildings more commercially valuable because their relevance comes not only from their local tenants, but also from their connection to a wider regional and global ecosystem.
Threaded discussions for this project will be available in the next update.
