The TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data Engine is being developed as the intelligent operating layer for The Borderless Project’s institutional investment and strategic participation ecosystem.

TBP is not simply raising capital. It is building a structured ecosystem where different categories of participants can engage with TBP-linked opportunities according to their role, mandate, eligibility, governance status and strategic alignment.

The AI Data Engine will support the TBP Capital Advisory & Coordination Office by helping identify, classify, score, screen and coordinate family offices, strategic angel investors, sovereign-linked institutions, infrastructure funds, asset managers, operational partners, private-market advisers, third-party capital advisory firms, asset owners, logistics operators, energy companies, data infrastructure providers and digital infrastructure participants.

The system will organise participants into defined TBP circles, including the Family Office Circle, Early Strategic Angel Investor Circle, Sovereign / Institutional Circle, Strategic Operational Partner Circle, Capital Advisory / Introducer Circle, and the NPNGS Token / Digital Infrastructure Participation Circle.

Its purpose is to ensure that TBP does not treat every participant as a conventional investor. Instead, each organisation will be assessed based on its potential role within the TBP ecosystem — whether as a capital provider, introducer, adviser, asset owner, operational partner, institutional validator, digital infrastructure participant or strategic ecosystem partner.

The AI Data Engine will include modules for global prospect discovery, circle classification, suitability scoring, preliminary due diligence screening, opportunity matching, advisor work queues, briefing pack generation, governance-safe language review, mandate and conflict tracking, outreach route assessment and live opportunity tracking.

The scoring system will help advisors prioritise prospects by presenting not only a numerical score, but also a clear advisor action card showing the recommended next step, risk gate, confidence level, required document pack, approval route and TBP opportunity match.

The due diligence function will operate as a preliminary AI-based public-source screen only. It will flag potential sanctions, PEP, reputational, ownership, conflict, source-of-wealth or contact-route risks, but will not replace human advisor review, legal review, AML/KYC checks, sanctions screening or formal due diligence.

The engine will also support coordination between TBP Capital Advisory and the TBP NPNGS Token / Infrastructure Tokenisation portal, allowing suitable participants to be routed either through advisory-led engagement or, where applicable, digitally represented infrastructure participation pathways, subject to eligibility, legal structuring, governance approval and regulatory review.

Ultimately, the TBP Capital & Strategic Partnership AI Data Engine is designed to help TBP move from fragmented prospect lists into a disciplined institutional coordination system. Its role is to classify, score, screen, brief, match and govern all categories of participants engaging with TBP-linked opportunities, while preserving TBP’s positioning as a neutral, protocol-governed investment and strategic participation ecosystem.
